ICE Acquire the Rights to '02-Born Forward Carter Loney

Cranbrook, B.C. - The Kootenay ICE Hockey Club announced on Saturday it has acquired the rights to '02-born forward Carter Loney and a 2019 seventh round draft pick from the Victoria Royals.
