Offense Explodes to Third Straight Exhibition Win

April 22, 2024 - (Central Islip, N.Y.) - The Long Island Ducks defeated the Long Island Black Sox 18-2 on Monday afternoon in game three of spring training at Fairfield Properties Ballpark. The Black Sox plated a run in the first inning on a passed ball. However, the Ducks responded with a four-run bottom of the frame, courtesy of a Jackie Bradley Jr. two-run home run to right field and a pair of run-scoring wild pitches that plated Frank Schwindel and Chance Sisco. April 20, 2024 - HIGH POINT, N.C. - The Rockers' Kevin Saenz, Jr. was hit by a pitch with the bases loaded in the bottom of the ninth inning, forcing home Connor Owings with the winning run as the High Point Rockers defeated the Gastonia Baseball Club 2-1 on Saturday night at Truist Point. In a game dominated by outstanding pitching on both sides, the contest was scoreless until the eighth inning when Gastonia tallied first. April 20, 2024 - Welington Dotel belted a grand slam in the top of the eighth, and Osvaldo Abreu lofted a solo shot in the top of the ninth as the Hagerstown Flying Boxcars rallied past the Lancaster Stormers, 10-9, during FanFest Saturday afternoon at Clipper Magazine Stadium. April 20, 2024 - (Central Islip, N.Y.) - The Long Island Ducks defeated the California Dogecoin 12-1 on Saturday afternoon in game two of spring training at Fairfield Properties Ballpark. Long Island plated three runs in the first inning on Jackie Bradley Jr.'s two-run home run to right-center field and an RBI single to left by Hector Gomez. Four more runs came home in the fourth to extend the lead to 7-0.
