Flyers, Phantoms Sign Anthony Richard and Sawyer Boulton

Lehigh Valley, PA - The Philadelphia Flyers and Lehigh Valley Phantoms announced they signed center Anthony Richard to a two-year, two-way NHL contract, according to General Manager Daniel Brière.
