SAN JOSE, Calif. - The San Jose Earthquakes defeated Vancouver Whitecaps FC 2-0 on Sunday evening at PayPal Park in San Jose, Calif. Center back Rodrigues made his MLS debut and led the Quakes to their first shutout victory since May 5. San Jose jumped out to a very early lead, scoring in the fourth minute.
