(EASTLAKE, OH) - Minor League Baseball announced today that Captains outfielder Johnathan Rodriguez has been named the Midwest League Player of the Month for July. The 22-year-old posted a slash line of .378/.420/.805 in 20 games played. He led the Midwest League in home runs with nine, runs batted in with 25, and an on-base plus slugging of 1.225.
