Bridgewater, NJ - The Hartford Yard Goats (43-24) defeated the Somerset Patriots (42-25) by a final score of 5-2 before a crowd of 6,505 at TD Bank Ballpark on Friday night. On an MLB rehab assignment, Yankees LHP Aroldis Chapman threw a scoreless top of the seventh and struck out one batter.
