EVANSVILLE, Ind. - The Evansville Otters have announced that infielder Gary Mattis has been signed by the Arizona Diamondbacks. Mattis, from Broward County, Fla., was in his second season with the Otters after joining midseason during the 2021 campaign for Evansville.
