The Ottawa BlackJacks of the Canadian Elite Basketball League (CEBL) announced Tuesday that Bernard Thompson has signed with the Club for the 2022 CEBL season. A six-foot-three guard from Conyers, Georgia, Bernard has averaged 14.1 points, 4.9 rebounds and 3.1 assists in 247 professional games in Ukraine, Hungary, Germany, and Slovakia.
