Phoenix Rising FC Signs Jamaican Defender Damion Lowe

PHOENIX, Arizona - Phoenix Rising FC has signed Jamaican defender Damion Lowe, pending league and federation approval, the club announced today. Lowe started four of five matches and scored the game-winning goal in the 56th minute of a 3-2 win for Jamaica vs. Honduras in the 2019 Concacaf Gold Cup.
