INDEPENDENCE, Mo. - The Kansas City Mavericks announced Wednesday the club has signed rookie goaltender Justin Kapelmaster. Kapelmaster, a six-foot-one, 216-pound, 24-year-old goaltender from Coral Springs, Florida joins Kansas City after finishing his collegiate career at Robert Morris University.
