2018 MiLB Manager of the Year to Manage West Virginia Black Bears in 2019

Granville, WV - 2018 Baseball America's Minor League Baseball Manager of the Year Drew Saylor has been announced as the 2019 West Virginia Black Bears Manager. Saylor will be joined by Pitching Coach Tom Filer and Hitting Coach Jonny Tucker. Saylor will be the 4th Manager in WV Black Bears history.
