River Kings Sign Patrick Ryan

The River Kings have signed indoor football veteran QB Patrick Ryan to its 2019 roster. Ryan (6'0", 195, West Virginia State) comes to Cedar Rapids after having spent the 2018 season with the Lehigh Valley Steelhawks of the National Arena League.
